Your First Visit to Our McKinney Practice

You will feel right at home.If you’ve ever gone to a social event where you didn’t know anyone, you know how uncomfortable that can make you feel.  Our goal is to eliminate every shred of apprehension and make you feel at home.

Since chiropractic care involves a series of visits, with each one building on the ones before, it’s important that our relationship can go the distance. We’ve found that one of the best ways to have successful patient relationships is to explain everything in advance. No surprises!

The more you understand who we are, what we do and why we do it, the better results you’ll enjoy. It’s as simple as that.

On your first visit to the office you will be greeted by our friendly and courteous staff.  She will instruct you to fill out some paperwork, if you already have not downloaded from this site and filled it out at home. A short health history will be taken by a certified chiropractic assistant.

The Consultation

A brief 5 minute video will likely be shown to you and then you will meet me, Dr. Todd A.Molski.  As a Doctor of Chiropractic, my job is to find the cause of the problems that are reducing the quality of your life.

The Examination
A computerized nervous system scan shows us where there is interference.

An examination of you is performed, along with a computerized nervous system scan that lets us show you where the interference is taking place. There is a possibility we may take an x-ray of the area so we are not guessing about your health. Occasionally, we don't take x-rays due to pregnancy or the person being very young.

This entire first visit should not take more than 30-40 minutes if you do the paperwork in the office. If you complete it at home prior to coming, probably 20-30 minutes.

At that point we will set you up for your next visit; a visit we call the Report of Your Findings.

Dr. Todd Asks some important questions of interest to McKinney residents - Chiropractor McKinney Dr. Todd Asks...

How do most people deal with subluxations?
First, they try to ignore them. When they don't, they go to the medicine cabinet to stop their brain from feeling the symptom. Later, back surgery may be threatened. Sadly, it's not until this later stage that they consult our McKinney chiropractic office. Yet, even with the delay, most are delighted by the results produced by today's chiropractic care. Contact us and let's get started.
Is average normal or is normal average?
Every chiropractor knows that so-called "normal" is merely an average. What's normal for you may not be normal for anyone else. So the chiropractic approach to better health is to tailor our approach to the unique needs of each of our McKinney practice members.
